Mr. Burke has extensive experience helping clients navigate the complex landscape of U.S. tax law, securities regulations, corporate finance.
He represents clients throughout all stages of a contract, including drafting agreements, negotiating terms, resolving disputes, and obtaining remuneration for his clients when the agreement has been breached. Mr. Burke also has substantial experience in general corporate matters. He leverages his understanding of tax law, securities regulations, and corporate finance to provide his clients with solutions tailored to achieve their specific requirements.
Additionally, Mr. Burke regularly counsels clients on the various U.S. and international information reporting and withholding requirements helping them understand and comply with obligations such as FBAR, FATCA, and income tax withholding. Mr. Burke completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology in 2014, and completed his Juris Doctorate at Chicago Kent College of Law in 2018.
